RAISING LOCAL AWARENESS FOR A NEW LOCATION

 

 THE CHALLENGE

How to bring awareness of a new clinic directly to an audience that would benefit?

Country Doctor, a non-profit health-care provider offering affordable community health care in the Seattle area, came to us in need of helping launch a new dental clinic in an area they hadn't operated in before. We were tasked with concepting and executing a campaign to raise awareness of their new location and services. The greater challenge was putting the messaging in front of the proper audience - as this was specifically targeting Medicaid patients who otherwise wouldn’t be able to use those funds for dental work elsewhere.

OUR APPROACH

We devised a holistic marketing strategy targeting medicaid recipients around the general area of the new dental clinic. We designed graphics for the digital and social media component and used two of the graphics for poster designs which we used as an augment in a street marketing campaign. We even produced an animated video that was used across the paid social and digital ad campaigns.

You shouldn't have to choose between paying outstanding health-care costs and the essentials.


OUTCOME

The digital campaign was a success, with Google Ads reaching nearly 600,000 impressions and over 3,500 clicks. Facebook and Instagram ad spending resulted in over 800 clicks as well. People coming to the clinic reported seeing the posters around the city, as well as the newspaper and other print media ads we created. The wild postering component had an estimated 10 million impressions during its 8-week run.

In the first four weeks of the campaign, Country Doctor Dental Clinic saw a huge spike in appointments.
